What to Expect When Booking Your Wedding With Me
So you have decided you would like to enquire but are anxious to know what to expect. You will find everything you need to know here:

The Initial Meeting
Once you have submitted an enquiry to me I will respond as soon as I possibly can. If i have your date available we can go about arranging a Teams call or Telephone call depending on your preferences. I love to hop onto teams calls because it gives you a chance to meet me in person and see if I would be a good fit for your big day. It gives you a chance to discuss with me any questions you might have and I can give you a run down of how I run my photography business.

The Contract and Deposit
So you have decided that you do want to go ahead and book....thats great! All you need to do is let me know and I will send out a contract to you with full instructions on sending the deposit. A deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date in my diary.

The Final Meeting
My inbox is always open if you have any questions regarding your wedding as you are planning, however I will be in touch approx 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date to arrange a meeting with you to go through absolutely everything about your day from start to finish. This is also usually done on teams so grab a coffee and get cosy. If local i can also meet face to face if preferred.

The Wedding & Beyond
At the final meeting I will arrange a start time with you so you know what time to expect my arrival....its my favourite moment because meeting you in person is like meeting my new best friend! Your day will be in safe hands so relax and enjoy being in your wedding day bubble.
After your wedding day is over the backing up begins. My cameras have dual card slots which means that two copies of your photos are already on SD cards. The cards are then backed up to two hard drives to create even more copies.
After backing up i will grab just a few images from your day to create some sneak peeks to send to you. This helps me to have an idea of how editing will go and also ensures that you are happy with the edits and that you also have something to tide you over until the full album is ready.
The albums are all sent to you digitally via email via a professional digital gallery platform. You can download your images via this album and share the album with friends and family via the link. Prints can also be purchased via the store within the album which are completed by Loxley which is a professionl photographic print company and is delivered straight to you. If you do decide that you would like to add on an album this can also be arranged.
